Laparoscopic Radical Cystoprostatectomy performed by Dr. O Ivanovski at the University Clinic for Urology – Skopje.
A 76 years old kidney donor with histologically proven TCC of the bladder underwent a laparoscopic radical cystoprostatectomy at our Clinic. Kidney donation was performed in 2008 at our Clinic for his son with still good graft function. Ureterocutanoneostomy was performed as a recommended method of urinary diversion in older patients with only one kidney (EAU Guidelines 2017).
